Fitness Fusion – Free Class!

Starting Friday, September 7 from 1 -2 pm at the Woodland Hills Library, there will be a free Fitness Fusion class, good for most fitness levels.  This class includes low impact aerobics, strength, balance, core and a yoga stretch at the end.  Taught by longtime, ACE certified fitness instructor Sharon Donaldson, modifications will be available for the novice exerciser and the more advanced student.  Brought to you by the Canyon Sages and the Woodland Hills Library, located at 22200 Ventura…
