The Topanga Chamber of Commerce (TCOC) proudly presents the 70th Annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner that honors community volunteers, entrepreneurs, and citizens, who have exhibited exceptional dedication over the past year in civic, artistic, and business endeavors, that enhance the quality of life in our canyon.
This year’s honorees are Tam Taylor, Citizen of the Year; Topanga Symphony, Non-Profit of the Year; and the Topanga Mercantile, Business of the Year.
Grateful for the efforts Caltrans has made over the last few years to keep our scenic highway clear of mud and rockfalls, and open as much as possible during the current hillside stabilization project, TCOC welcomes Caltrans District Director John Bulinski as keynote speaker.
