Low Impact Aerobics

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Friday, repeating until May 30, 2020
Using upbeat music, this class covers all the bases with low impact cardio, strength, balance and core, then ends with a deep yoga stretch and relaxation. This class is appropriate for most fitness levels, but modifications are available for novice exercisers and more advanced students.
Please bring a mat, towel and water.
Instructor Sharon Donaldson is certified through the American Council on Exercise, is a trainer for the YWCA of the USA, and has been teaching on the Westside for over 30 years. Brought to you by the Canyon Sages.
