We invite you to enjoy a pause in the day to refresh yourself by simply sitting and paying attention to your senses, thoughts, and feelings. Learn about Mindfulness and how it may relieve the stress in your life. Stay for five minutes or the entire 30 minutes. Sessions are conducted by Natalie Bell, Mindful Wellness consultant. Adults, seniors, and teens.
