Total Fitness Fusion Fridays

September 6 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Using upbeat music this class covers all the bases with low impact cardio, strength, balance and core. The workout ends with a deep yoga stretch and relaxation.

Appropriate for most fitness levels, modifications are available for novice exercisers and more advanced students. Led by Sharon Donaldson, Certified Fitness Trainer.

Please bring a mat, towel and water. You will be required to sign a waiver to participate.  No class on Book Sale weekends and some holiday weekends.  Call 818-226-0017 during our open hours to confirm.
