Nurse.org, the web’s leading career site for nurses, has recognized Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center as one of the best hospitals for nurses to work for in California. Over the past two years, Nurse.org has collected more than 1,854 reviews by nurses at 314 California hospitals about their workplace satisfaction. Reviews in California state have revealed that Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center has one of the highest levels of satisfaction among its nurses.

Reviewers cited “strong union,” “knowledgeable staff,” and caring managers as the basis for the 4.7-star rating with 100 percent of the nurses surveyed recommending the hospital as an employer.
