Canyon Bistro Burglarized

Sign of the times? The boarded-up window will be replaced and “We move on,” says owner Larry Cohn.

Word went out quickly the weekend of April 18 that someone had broken into the Canyon Bistro.

When asked about the incident, owner Larry Cohn didn’t “care to make a big deal about it. The guy was arrested. We move on. Business is steady and keeps my core crew working. We had 18 employees, we’re down to seven now. I just need our community to know we are there for them.”

Order takeout for pickup: Tuesday, 12-3 p.m.; through Sunday,4-8 p.m. They have added Steak Frites and Bistro Hot Wings to the menu.
