Friends of the Topanga Library are people who care about libraries and are interested in increasing awareness of the library in their communities. The County Library currently has 77 Friends of the Library groups. Topanga Friends of the Library provide financial and volunteer support to increase access to diverse materials, innovative programming, and services for all ages in a supportive environment that encourages a life-long love of learning.
