The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station one-stop recycling event in Calabasas was rained out. It is now scheduled for Sunday, March 10, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Area residents can safely dispose of prescription medications and e-waste at the event at the Lost Hills Sheriff Station at 27050 Agoura Road. In addition to an opportunity to safely dispose of prescription medicines and household batteries and electronics. Participants can also shred up to five boxes of documents at the event.
Goodwill Charities will also be running a donation drive at the event for donations of gently used household items and clothing.
