On the weekend of April 1-2, 12-hour closures from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. of Topanga Canyon Boulevard from Jalan Jalan to the coast is scheduled to take place to shore up the slopes impacted by the January storms. Caltrans says that if the weather does not permit, then the work will be pushed to a later date.
Fiona Nagle, Sr. Deputy to Supervisor Sheila Kuehl says Caltrans is working to have signage on Topanga Canyon Boulevard near the 101 that routes travelers to the 405 to get to PCH, and also says that Topanga businesses remain open.
