Kamakshi Hart’s award-winning one-woman show, Wild At Hart: A Tale of Trauma & Triumph, premiered at the Whitefire Theatre’s Solofest 2018, was invited back for 2019, and now, again, for Solofest 2020.
Her performance of 25 characters and accompanying songs masterfully tell her personal tale of triumphing over the trauma of child abuse. Musical guests are Tim O’Gara and Alison Freebairn-Smith.
“Many friends have chosen to see the show more than once,” Hart says. “I’ve been told that there’s so much to take in that seeing it again has helped them absorb the many threads of emotional impact, new perception, and understanding. I do believe the live experience delivers the message of this show in its best form.”
To continue support and bring the show to as many people as possible of this healing work, Hart is offering incentives:
- A $5 discount for those and their friends attending her return engagement: Prepay by end-of-day January 10 at wildathart.brownpapertickets.com/ , using discount code: FRIENDS, and select “show available tickets.”
- Pay the full General Admission (open seating) price, $25. Reserve your seats now.
- Become a “VIP Angel” by purchasing a $50 ticket for reserved seating.
- “Go For It In 2020” with the VIP Coaching Special. For $125, receive reserved VIP seating and a one-hour transformational coaching session (a $200 value) with Kamakshi Hart. Use it for “yourself, gift it to another, or you may just want to stretch your Angel’s Wings,” Hart says.
Wild At Hart was featured by the 2019 prestigious Los Angeles Women’s Theatre Festival and honored at the Hollywood Fringe 2018 with an Encore Producer’s Award and the Larry Cornwall Award for Musical Excellence. Hart describes her play as “a testimony to the power of healing and the building of resilience and empathy through the telling of and listening to our stories.”
One Night only! Sunday, January 26, at 7:30 p.m. The Whitefire Theatre is located at 3500 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA.
